New Reel

I found your choice of music (because of the singing) was distracting. Sometimes, I was listening more than watching. Make sure your music is second seat to your photography...

That would be my recommendation. Make sure the music fits, but instrumental would definitely be better imo. You had some nice shots, but as I said, the audio (song) was fighting the video for my attention.
 
Nice music choice. Your mixing of DP and gaffing work confused me a bit- you should either have two separate reels, or at least split up camera vs. lighting into defined sections so I don't need to look to the watermark to differentiate the two. If you did both simultaneously, then don't bother identifying either.
