Not sure if this is pertinent, but I always transcode my footage even though I use Adobe exclusively. Mostly, because I run a two system audio and video set up and do all of my audio sync before my edit. DuelEyes doesn't read .MTS files, so I've always been in the habit of transcoding to a .MOV format. And I have never noticed any significant issues with aliasing or moire.

K.I. You may be better off running a beachtek or juiced link for direct audio, that will eliminate two steps - the transcode and synch. PPro is good to go straight off the card.
I'm assuming you're using a GH2.
