New Panasonic 3D Camera

maybe. but who cares? there wont be anything realistic to play it back on for at least 3 to 5 years... unless you live in featureville.

hell, 99.3% of my clients dont even have blu-ray capability.

and until they can achieve 3D playback technology that doesnt require doofy glasses, nobody's going to use it in a day-to-day situation...
 
Yea you right on that. I'm still waiting almost 2 years to edit my 10 bit HDPro AVCIntra footage. :badputer:
 
Got it in my mail this morning and I pictured one of my clients with 3d glasses...... that's not going to happen.

Somebody needs to speedup "hologram tv technolgy" quick, fast, in a hurry !
 
The idea that clients would pay double or triple what they're currently paying at the high end, for some gimmicky 3D technology is almost laughable.
On the other hand, this may mean Panasonic has pushed conventional 2D technology as far as it can be taken. Yes my friends, our HVX / HPX HD cameras may be as good as it gets for some years to come, for Panasonic at least.
