WOW! I just looked at these, $999 for 64GB, if these are half as reliable as the original P2 cards, I think the HVX just became alot more accessible. Also makes the HPX alot more attractive.
They are supposed to only have a 5-year life span, but notices show how much capacity is left, and the camera will tell you when you need to get a new card.
That's a five-year lifespan based on so many uses. If you use it less, then it should (in theory) last longer. That's also minimum lifespan; in reality, they'll probably last you much longer.
