we shot a commercial for the new CLS. nothing official, just for fun...

How did you light the stuff with the car. Interior and exterior?

hes tired of his old life and runs away...The running is liberating for him, he leaves everything behind...
a new chapter begins...when he stops he realizes that and smiles...there is no direct connection to the car...since its a new cls model, the slogan "a new chapter" makes sense for both, the car and the man.

anyone understood that?

we used a dolly with curved tracks and some panning, for the interior shot a jib on a dolly.
For Lighting we used HMI`s and some fluorescents.
