How do you find the quality of these settings? In particular, how is the quality of the 720p60 when enlarged to 1920 x 1080?
thanks

Any reason why the Max is 45, but the Avg is at 55??

Max is set through parameter in PTool, average is calculated by parsing the file. So you can set max to different number.
