Really, you don't have to. To my mind people are looking at all the wrong things. Yes it's rough and quick (I'm sure none of the testers really had a long time with the camera) but if you look beyond the surface, there is much to be excited about.

I think he hasn't technically shot it well - probably too high an ISO.
And I expect it hasn't been exported properly either.

I know nothing about the shooter, but he doesn't seem to be using the camera to it's strengths and avoiding it's weaknesses - which a seasoned GH2 user would be watching out for.

I fully expect this camera to look amazing - looking forward to more footage.

Unless Paris is lit with tungsten or some other full spectrum light the color is very good for street light and commercial. Also blooming around the light sources was very much under control. People are getting far too hard on these cameras. I suspect any shots on the 2.8 zoom were at 3200, the primes at 1600. There's no reason why the primes need to be full wide open when matching to a slower zoom, they could have kept to a 2.0.

You're right about that. I had to watch the video again after you mentioned that. Definitely improved compared to the insanity that happens on my GH1 under conditions like that.
