Click the quote symbol for each quote you want to add up until the last one, then click the word "quote" and it will open a posting window with all the quotes.

Yesterday it showed the new one, but for what ever reason right now it seems to be back to the normal layout!
It was switched back to dvxuser from DVXUser 2.0.0 version by default.
Look under Forum Rules in the lower level for the drop down menu setting.
