Hey just to be clear, I didn't mean to start a rumor here. I'm not involved in any Panasonic or Apple development. But I have been using P2 cameras since they came out, and so I'd enjoy seeing more options for post-production.

Very cool - I'm looking forward to seeing it! I really hope that Apple doesn't alter in interface/layout too much. I'm not a huge fan of the Color interface and I think that the change in iMovie (not that I use it ever) was a step in the wrong direction.

they may not require 10.6, but I would guarantee that the next FCP will at least be optimized to take advantage of the multi-core/GPU-acceleration advancements in Snow Leopard. it could be a matter of finalizing the coding for those before FCP ships. although it's possible that they could deliver these optimizations in a 7.0.x update and ship the 10.5 compatible version soon.

I think a better guess (just an option) is that FCS will move to Intel Macs only.

Don't know, but it might be what we see.
