Thanks for all of the comments, guys!
As you may have guessed, there actually is no film yet- all we shot was footage for the teaser trailers during a short three-day window. Our goal with these trailers is to really make people want to find out more about the film, and not to necessarily deliver a "standard" trailer (as we unfortunately didn't have either the time or money to really vary our locations, shoot entire sequences, or pay for additional actors). We did shoot much more story oriented footage in a one-day pickup session (just my producer and I, no other cast or crew), but that footage turned out to be unusable, unfortunately.
The idea is that we can show these teasers to potential investors, get them interested and wanting more, and then show them the script and talk about the story. Given that, and perhaps a much more informative website, do you think that would work? Or should we try and do some more voiceover work (keeping in mind that we can't synch it to any footage of the actors)?
Thanks guys.
