Hi Lor,
The brands we have tested and were happy with on the MxR are the Sandisk Ultra II 16GB and the Transcend 16GB.
We found some Kingston were fine, but others were too slow, and they were bought from the same batch. So couldn't really say too much more than that.
A-Data was too slow as was Toshiba, and we bought a huge array of "Class 6" cards which is supposed to mean 6MB/s write speed, and none were satisfactory for HQ, but some were ok for SP. But they have so little headroom for SP work, I'd just use them for either shooting speeches, conferences, long interruption free records, but still have a card i can rely in slot B, just in case the camera throws a media error while recording.
For me too much bother. I've put programs onto the slowest SDHC, and use them as virtual drives. They work fine for that.
Best to stick with Sandisk or Transcend.
