Kowa apparently has a series of low-distortion, supposedly sharp C-mount primes designed to cover a 4/3" sensor. Currently they list a range of primes at 12, 16, 25, 35, and 50mm, all f2.
After a bit of searching, I found the LM12XC (12/2.0) for a mere $980. And judging from schematic drawings, most probably won't fit in a standard c-mount adapter without machining.
Nonetheless, if folks out there have better means for solving such problems and inclination to do so, there's some info you may be able to use. Or not.
