C200: New and there are shadows?

Try to describe the problem again. Language/spelling is not important, but use whole sentences.

Are you talking about 'fixed pattern noise'? What does "fixed shadows" mean?

I can see your settings and you are saying you performed an 'auto black balance' but that didn't help?
 
I haven't seen that with my C200 but I'd be curious to see if you have the same effect when shooting CRaw. Does it happen when shooting other frame rates?

I understand your concern but I would reach out to Canon regarding the image you’re seeing. We could all shoot something and try to replicate this but we maybe not be able to match the enviornment you’re in. That said, the camera has been out for 9 months and no one else has seen anything like his.

I strongly recommend contacting Canon to see if this is the expected behavior given the scenario you’re shooting.

Why not try a few different settings like WDR instead of clog3 and see what the difference is.
Or do a test shoot in a properly lit setting. or are you going to use this camera to shoot lowcontrast/low light scenes with only ambient light??
In that case why shoot clog3?
Or better yet buy/rent a cfast card and do a test with CrawLite
