Neoscene Crashes...

I just installed neoscene, but it crashes with MOV from 7D. It works great with MTS.
Anyone here having this problem and finding a solution.
I'm on PC windows 7

I would immediately contact tech support at Cineform. I had issues because the version I bought was before the 7D fix. Tech support was very helpful in getting me the latest version and helping me get it installed and set up properly.

I am running Vista 64 so YMMV.

i own the old (and unsupported) version 3 of prospecthd and had a problem with incorrect framerates after conversion..i got round this by using ae rather than hdlink to convert for editing.

But I rebooted my system and it's working great!
I don't know what happened. The good thing is that it's OK now.

I think their copy protection sucks. As long as my laptop is connected to my 24" Apple Monitor (which connect keyboard/mouse) it will run in unregistered mode.

Their hardware fingerprint mechanism is too strict. Told them ages ago, didn't fix anything yet.
