Negative lux capability

I'd like to be able to shoot what's inside a black hole if one ever forms in the vacinity. It's for a short that I am conceptualizing. Well, short in that I will get sucked in pretty quick.

Not the slightest relation to this camera. Leica D-Lux 2 is only a compact still camera. It's largest movie resolution is 848x480 16:9 @30fps which is far from HD (resolution-wise and quality-wise) although it's a bit higher than NTSC (720x480). The HD resolutions are 1280x720 and 1920x1080 while red can capture up to 4520x2540.
