need URGENT help! file recovery for MARKIII

[paolo.negro]

Hi all,
I need some suggestions to recover video files.
We shoot with Canon Mark III and accidentally formatted the CF card. We already tried to recover the files with SanDisk rescuePRO deluxe software, with both options video and data recovery.
We now have .mov files but the image is black and the sound has a constant crackle in it.
Can somebody suggest another software or explain how to get clean files from the ones we already have?
Thank you very much!
