Need to shoot portrait, how to do it, on a budget?

title basically says it all. I need to shoot 1080 x 1920, rather than the other way around. Is there a cheap bracket or tripod that can do this? The stuff I saw was almost 200 dollars to do this, anyway I can keep it under 50 for a bracket? or 200 for the tripod?

If its a locked off shot a lot of Photo Tripods will do it.

If it's locked off shots, you could use a ball and socket or pan and tilt head.

If your video head can tilt 90 degrees, simply mount the camera on the baseplate at a 90 degree angle in the other axis.

this is exactly what I want, where can I buy this? Will that junior 3d head work on my sanford & davis 75XB 18?
