Our church does not even have a camera yet, but I have recommended the AC-130a. They are now asking if the camera will do the following at the same time: (1) Shoot video and capture to memory card(s); (2) send a live video signal to 3 other rooms; and (3) be able to send a live video signal to a small monitor next to the camera. They are also asking if we can do all three, plus some day do live video streaming. Is this all possible to do simultaneously?

The AC-130 has an HDMI output and a composite output. You can use a distribution amplifier (DA) for either of these connections to give yourself the necessary 4 outputs. I would recommend the HDMI, since it's HD. Depending on how far away the monitors are, you might reach the length limit of the HDMI signal (which is about 50 ft.) In this case, converting to HD-SDI might be advantageous.

The AG-AC160A has a direct HD-SDI output.
