Need Sports Video and PhotographyLens Advice with GH4

This year I was able to get a press pass from my work to a number of Kansas State and Kansas University football games. I used my GH4 and three lenses... Lumix 12-35mm F/2.8, Lumix 45-200 F/4-5.6 and an Samyang 500mm lens (EF mount).

I'm shooting basketball season now and the shorter lenses work great because the court is smaller, but I just got approved to shoot a couple of KC Chiefs games and I am looking for advice on a longer auto-focus lens with OIS. I haven't been able to find one with a native M34 mount. And I'm wondering if I should buy the $600 Metabones EF adapter and just rent a longer Canon lens.

Any thoughts?

The Lumix 14-140 isn't horrible
The Lumix 100-300 is fairly good
The Oly 40-150 is excellent (but no OIS)

If you're looking for autofocus, stick to native m43 as adapted EF lenses have unusably slow AF with the Metabones adapter.

Thanks! I am going to rent both lenses for the next KC Chiefs home game (December 14th) and see how things go. I'm liking the price on the Lumix 100-300.

I shot a Basketball game last night and the arena lighting was so bad... I'm finding that the GH4 is a really poor stills camera in low-light. Like extra poor. I kept having issues with color banding when shooting any faster than 1/500th because of sync issues with the lighting. I ran into the same problem at a night-time Rodeo a few months back. I didn't have any problems with the lighting at Kaufman stadium during the World Series, and I've never had problems with sunlight. I'm thinking about getting a 6D for indoor sports (unless a miracle happens and I can get the Sony A7s).
