AC160 Need record to a dvd while shooting live with my ac160a

I shoot depositions and my usual workflow is to shoot simultaneously to two 64gig SD cards. this of course means later on I need to burn DVD's... is anyone aware of a DVD recorder that I can feed to via Firewire or HDMI- and now I know I'm asking much but can trigger each time I hit the record button on the camera, that would be great! Any such device out there?
