Need Lilliput battery solution ASAP!

Hey Folks, first post, and I'm really in need of a quick fix-

I'm starting a shoot tomorrow night and I need a battery solution for my 7" Lilliput Monitor (the model with the internal battery).

Can someone suggest a place I can go in Los Angeles (or any normal store) to purchase batteries? It has an external DC barrel jack rated for 12v maximum, but the internal battery is actually 7.5v. I'm looking for a good plug-and-go solution that will allow me to switch these out quickly, and recharge them while I'm using another.

you could look at like best buy or a local Fry's for an external battery for a laptop/cellphone that has the correct output. If you are handy with the wiring i know Fry's will have a battery that will work for you that you could then wire up to a cable and jack,
