Need help, what adapter?

This is mighty confusing. I picked a cheap Sony A35 and thought my CanonFD-to-NEX adapter would fit it, and it (kinda) did but just a blurry image.

Do I need one of these? It alsos sais "NEX" on it... huh? Thought the A-mount took all NEX lenses as well? Or is it just a Canon FD lens in partiuclar that needs a glass element, I might as well pick up another lens?

Sony emount flange depth is 18mm and sony A mount flange depth is 44.5mm
Yes you are 26.5mm too far from the sensor
You'll need FD to A mount adapter and , if you need infinity- it will have glass element. The image quality from those is very poor from my experience
hope that helps
