Need Help!! How do you repair an incomplete P2 clip

I recently did video documentation of a show and had recorded 1 clip that had spanned over 2 p2 cards. Now I can't import the media into my Avid MC5 System. The master clip imports fine but the media won't link. Any ideas? When I look at the clip on the the camera's viewfinder it has an "!" on it. Thing is I had rented an extra card that day and had to return it that day after so I just backed up the 2nd card that night onto an external drive. I later realized that the clip would not import because part of the clip was on that 2nd card. I then borrowed another p2 card and dumped those content and lastclip txt files back to the P2. They play back on the camera fine which means that the media is there. I just need to repair the clip or another way I can link the media to the master clip file. I can't find any info online. Please Help!!!!

Try the repair clip function in the camera- it's in your manual or found through the menu in MCR mode.

I have a similar problem, Can someone please help!

When I tried to log and transfer some footage into FCP 7 a couple clips would not allow me to transfer because the were spanned or partial spanned. I renamed the clip on the log and transfer window and then my clip on the P2 card went grey, had an X over it and I couldn't see the clip. I used the clip (loop repair) function (as the normal clip repair option wasn't available) and I got back only 20 minutes of the clip with an exclamation point with a purple background in the upper right of the clip. About an hour is missing from the clip and if I can't get it back it's going to cost me $700. Did I possibly corrupt the MXF file? Please Help! I need this clip to be restored to the original.
