C300: Need help getting a signal to Steadicam Pilot monitor

I set the SDI to use standard definition but nothing happens. It seems to only want to output in full HD, even though I have set it to SD.

The Steadicam monitor is fine as it works with the FS700 (of which I use a RCA - SDI connection) and the SDI port and cables from the C300 are fine too.

So what button am I not pressing?

use the 3.5 composite jack on the front, convert that to a BNC connector then you are good.

if you use HDMI out and convert to SDI then its a HD signal that all SD monitors hate.

its a BNC connector dude, SDI is a signal, using BNC type connector.
