I've just gotten a job for 6 months, shooting a high action children's Network TV show. Because of child labor laws, our days our short so we have to move at a blistering pace. So we're looking into small, lightweight camera systems. The two camera systems I'm now focusing on are the AF 100 and/or GH2's.
In the past year I've been mostly shooting film, Red or Alexa shows. So, I'm a bit late to this GH2 party, so forgive my ignorance. But my production starts mid November so I need advice from the hugely knowledgeable posters here. I've been scouring the forums for tech specs on the GH2 hack options but the information seems to be all over the place and much of it dated. So I'm posting this thread to get consolidate many of the pressing questions pro and amateur users alike, may have. So please, if you could answer some of these questions or steer me in the right direction, I'd be most grateful.
As many of these forums are fueled by passion, please keep the answers civil. I don't want this thread to degrade into a fanboy pissing match between camera systems or an indictment on my ignorance and Panasonic's policies. Given the facts, I should be able to make an informed decision and we can shoot an excellent show. Thanks alot.

What are the pros / cons between 42 mb and 176 mb hack?
Which hacks are intraframe?
Can you choose between hacks once installed or is it one or the other?
Do any of the latest hacks disable or effect HDMI output and how?
Which hacks disable slo motion?
What is the max record length for the various hacks?
What is the color space for the hacks (4:2:0 or 4:2:2)?
What have been the results in pulling clean green screen keys?
Has anyone used the hacks in a client setting and have they failed them on a job?

Am I better off quality wise recording to Atomos Ninja compared to the hacks?
If I go the Ninja route, what is the GH 2's HDMI's color space?
Has anyone used the Avi Synth hack for HDMI to Ninja and what are its limitations?

What do people use for critical focus monitoring?
Has anyone used a DP 6 or TV Logic 5.6 for monitoring and did it work well?
