GH2 Need handles and a weighted shoulder mount for my 15mm rails. Recommendations?

I have a nice set of 15mm rails and follow focus that i mainly use with tripod. (all my other work seems to be steady cam or dolly) But I have a project coming up that will need a quick set up from tripod to shoulder mount to go docu style. So what I'm needing here is some good handles with a 15mm cross bar so I can adjust width and a shoulder piece with an offset preferably and weight. (I could DIY a weight if I need to) Looking for suggestions as I really don't know what to look for and all I can see online are entire freaking rigs! Thanks! Not looking for something crazy expensive, but it needs to last and be sturdy. I like to my equipment to last forever if taken care of correctly.

Well I don't have the shoulder mount yet. I've used the gearbox a bit and it's really easy to attach a ton of stuff to it. The problem is I still find it easier to do my run & gun work with my Sony EX1, so kitting up my GH2 isn't as practical. I've done it a few times but it's slower to work with, harder to know if I'm in focus, and sound is a pain with the GH2. The only gripe about the Gearbox is the lack of a top handle. I found this but I'm not sold on it..
