I just got back from a week overseas with the AF100 and had a chance to try several batteries with it, since this latest AF100 I bought used and it included some Lenmar batteries. So the batteries I had on hand were the original Panasonic VB-VWG6, some Lenmars, and my Swit S-8BG6.
The Panasonics are the most expensive and are rock solid.
The Lenmars worked. They felt fiddly in the camera bay, felt like they were wobblier and less firmly attached. I don't know that they were, but it made me antsy. They worked, they never flaked out, but I was a bit nervous about 'em and would relegate them to backup status.
The Swit is my favorite battery. Lasts as long as the Panasonic, it's a quality build, it has the 4-LED battery power gauge on it, and it has the accessory pole that can be used to power a small monitor or a NanoFlash. And it's quite a bit cheaper than the Panasonics.
