C100: Need advice!

I recently had someone shooting a second camera for me, and they were using their C100. We were shooting 1080p24p, but the operator had the camera setup in the PF24 (Progressive Segmented Frames) mode by mistake. I was shooting with an FS700, and know little to nothing about the new Canon cams. I am converting everything to pro res.

My question is, how do I fix this? It's not just simply interlaced, it's every few frames, I have no idea what to do. Is there a solution or am I hosed?

You can either transcode or Dynamically Link into After Effects (if you're using Premiere) with footage that has had the 3:2 pulldown interpretation supplied. It bogs everything down to do it that way, but the only way to do it without having to transcode upfront.
