ND Filter Solutions for GH2?

I'm looking for different ND filter solutions for my GH2. I'd like to keep my GH2 footprint small, so I'm trying to stay away from Matt Boxes and loose ND Filters. I do have rails on my GH2. Anyone have any suggestions for flip-down ND filters that would work with all my lenses? Or anything else?

This is just an idea that I haven't tried... but.. could you mount a variable ND filter (say 77 or 80mm so it covers all your lenses) to a lens support on rails by attaching it at the point that doesn't turn? Then you could slide it right up to your lens and rotate it to change the ND level.
