GH2 ND Filter for Nokton .95 with GH2 questions

Hi everyone,

3 questions for you :

- let's say I'm mainly using this lens at f1.4 to f2, does a ND8 would be versatile enough for daily outdoors shooting ?
- would you recommend buying a 67mm filter for the hood, or a 52mm for the lens itself ?
- would you recommend Hoya pro over Hoya hmc, or another brand (with decent quality for reasonable price in mind) ?

I have the f0.95 and use LCW fader ND mk2 (55mm version use a step up ring) outdoor daylight and other times I use a Hoya HMC skylight that warms the image up and doesnt flare
My lens hood is still in the box.
Actually I use Hoya HMCs on all my lenses theyre pretty good.
 
I 2nd the fader.... Been a great addition to for the voigtlander. I use B and W filters as they seem to hold up the best.

Using the sunny 16 rule as reference, if my math is correct, you need a 8 to 9 stops reduction if you want to shoot at f/1.4 - f/2 with a shutter speed between 1/30s and 1/50s. ND8 is only 3 stops.

You're right ! I forgot I should use these shutter speeds for video ... I'm a bit too much photo minded
