For sale is this NAVITAR 50mm f/0.95 lens for m4/3 mount plus extras. All the pictures are of the actual items for sale.
The lens is in excellent cosmetic condition, looks great and works like brand new. Similar to the Noktor Hyperprime. It was converted to Micro 4/3 mount, and has infinity focus.
The glass is flawless, with zero scratches or cracks. No fungus, haze or element separation. There is a tiny bit of dust inside, but nothing that affects image quality at all. The aperture and focusing rings work correctly (the apeture ring feels a little bit loose but works just fine). The focusing is nice and smooth. No oil on the aperture blades, and the aperture is clickless, perfect for shooting cinematic video. The all-metal body shows little signs of wear, just some very minor blemishes around the lens mount. See pictures for a better idea of the cosmetic condition. I'd rate it 9 out of 10.
It performs great, especially in low light where the super-fast T0.95 aperture makes your camera see in the dark. Superb image quality when paired up with a GH4 or EM1 or any other Micro 4/3 camera. Completely covers the m4/3 sensor, so there's no vignetting when shooting photos or video on the full size Micro 4/3 sensor! Sharp when wide open (and even sharper when stopped down). Excellent color and contrast, and super shallow depth of field when at f/0.95.
This all-manual lens comes with a Tiffen 62mm UV Protector Filter, a screw-on 62mm to 77mm step-up ring, a front lens cap and a rear lens cap.
