Narrative/Music Video, nat lighting

Hey folks,

Here's a narrative/music video I shot in two nights for a friend of mine. Shot with the DVX100A and mostly natural lighting. You'll be able to tell the outdoor shots where I used lights. Also...there's no color correction. Someone else edited this and didn't have the means to color correct, so I had to achieve all the "looks" in-camera.

I liked this. I liked the real quick cutting which added to the extreme chaotic feel. Some of the night shots I didn't like too much, just because it was so dark, but others I liked a whole lot. I also liked the camera movement when the guy and girl make eye contact at the begining of the party.

I just don't understand the gun part. The blond guy put the hand gun in the room where the feud was going to happen. Then once the murder was commited, the blond guy started chasing the other guy? Why was the gun involved?
 
Yeah, not sure about that one myself. Not my material though, I'll have to ask the writer.

I liked it. Good story I thought, though I am a little confused about the placing of the gun as well. But, the point here is the videography, which was done very well.
