C300: Mystery Lenses

Through what I hope was a stroke of good luck, some pretty neat Canon Cinema Lenses have fallen into my possession. Only thing is I can't find ANYTHING about them online. I was hoping someone could help me get an idea of what I have and if they have any use or value today. I've attached some pictures. The two lenses are:

Canon J15X8.5B T1.8 Zoom
Canon J5X10.5B T1.6 Zoom Macro

They seem to be outfitted with PL mounts and are fully manual aside from the attached servo zoom box (removable from what I can tell) The lenses seem to be functioning properly.

The J15 and J5 are B4 TV zoom lenses. These look like re-houses or cinevised modifications.

The image circle will be small (very small) - there should be a X2 extender built on if they're from the HD era, if not, they're converts of SD lenses. Either way, not much use on S35 sized sensors.
 
Thanks everyone! I think they are 16mm lenses as well. I know they are definitely from the 80s at the latest. Any speculation on the resolving power of these lenses? Especially if they're pre-HD era?
 
If it's actually B4 glass, which it probably is, then it will suffer from significant chromab due to being designed specifically for 3 sensor systems. This is attenuated by using teleconverters (since these don't have them built in, they're probably not very useful) and possibly cameras that use line skipping (their sensitivity to different hues of light being off-axis isn't as strong). Then again, if these are this heavily rehoused, maybe this was fixed via optical modifications.
