It is an HJ17ex7.7B HDXS, I have been using this on my HDX900. It has a B4 to FD, FD to 4/3 mount. You need to use the 2x extender to avoid vignetting and you lose 2 stops, but it is a F3.8 all the way through.
I believe I read Mitch Gross at AbelCine are working on a powering solution for the zoom rocker.
It is about as large as my HDX900. I hope someone will develop a battery that will allow me to power the Nano and the camera. This will allow me to
shorten the overall length by eliminating the AB part of the rig and only use that for studio.
The Nano is a great tool, very little power consumption, high data rates, very small footprint and excellent customer support.
So far the images at 140 mbs, 180 mbs and 220mbs are incredible. We are hoping to go to Cinefilm here in Atlanta for some professional
color grading once the snow melts.
