My Matrix Effect ( Car Doing Burnout)

are you using Twixtor? And did you just zoom in through the NLE? Shot in HD and used the extra space in a SD timeline to manually zoom in?
 
Sweet! how'd you do that? Occasionally looked like simple camera work with special effects thrown in to create the actual effect, but I think it was real. How'd you do it?
 
As Strongbad would say, "Holy Crap!" Awesome how it nearly stopped the smoke while rotating. I'd guess Twixtor too.
