Oh, HVX!! Lucky guy, we are still just trying to find anything, DVX or HVX (unfortunately most of our friends are not into film making)
Any way, if you don't want to deal with the HD aspect you could switch it into standard and it will still look great (at least I hear

MAJOR UPDATE
The HVX has been secured and John will be transfered to the studio for filming the vfx scene in a special secured cage so he won't touch it while he will be administered by me with high dosages of Tranquillisers so he can remain calm around the HVX. The cage is being build at this time with first class titanium steel and can accomodateonly one person in it. So I'm pretty sure the HVX will be "secure".

Hello guys. Sorry this has been showing desertion signs in the past few days but really there have been no news, or at least nothing really important to write about.
A few things I could share right now:
a) Yesterday we did a reading with Stratos (deneb) and seems that our movie is safely inside the 6 minute zone and probably can have decent credits.
b) In a few hours we are having our rehearsal and I will be testing/using for the first time my home-made boom pole. I will get some photos asap from all this.
c) I also met someone recently who is a 'she' (yeah I know what you're thinking) and anyway she is a photographer and has studied video and editing and stuff and she is really into this thing so we MIGHT get an extra pair of hands to help with post and other things.
Anyway....I ll come back later tonight or tomorrow morning with BTS from the rehearsals!
ps. I also got some photos from our script and storyboards to share!

UPDATE
!!!!!!!!!! Just got back from our rehearsal. It's been a totally new experience for me and I must confess at first I was really out of my water coz I didnt really know how to handle this. But as we started doing our scenes and the actors started getting a grasp of the story and their characters, things progressed really smoothly and it was really nice.
Vasso, our lead actress, seems to be handling the part exceptionally for her not so big experience. She is really good with emotional scenes and she is great at trying different things and changing her approach as we discuss the part throughout this stage.
The whole team contributed today and I felt really great having such people around me and they have good ideas and all.
I will be posting photos from our rehearsals, a few script pages and storyboard pages and also two photos with my home-made boom pole.
ANyway, I feel exhausted and this has to do with my partying last night and crashing at 7 in the morning. I will soon upload a video from our rehearsals!
