General My first paid video work - shot with 70d + 5d3

Was paid to make a contestant video for the reality tv show "Face off" on the Sci-Fi channel. The lady I interviewed had been accepted as a contestant on a prior season but was unable to make it for personal reasons.

The 70d with good glass pairs up well in post with the 5d3 stopped down a bit. Only shot I wish I could redo was her outside with her dog - I way overexposed that shot and couldn't get it back how I wanted. But overall, for being the producer/director/editor/sound guy / 1 man film crew on a tiny budget I think it turned out ok.

Good overall. Just be mindful of our WB. During the interview shots, her skin tones were awfully orange. Use kelvin temp to adjust your WB on both cameras prior to shooting.
 
Sparky here are my comments congrats on your first paid gig i glanced through and noticed some issues I hope you have not submitted this as is because you have several issues that need addressing before giving to your client
Opening shot
color white balance every single shot, color correct in post
Your key light is reflecting of your back drop,push in tighter in post
34 sec in
talent is in right 3rd looking left she should be looking to her right this is disturbing to viewers and is a definite no can be sometimes fixed in post but remove it for sure if you can't or you will not get rehired.
About 4 mins in nasty camera move shake did someone kick the tripod. Remove it
soon after that you have some lighting problems or you remember to turn them on halfway through a scene, remove the scene
i also think there is way to much looking in the camera by the talent. nothing you can do about that but remember for next time
And lastly I would defiantly have it edited by a pro if you can afford It I see a lot more that can be improved on in the editing process some shots are way to wide.
Good job otherwise and most of this can be fixed in post there is nothing like the value of a good editor
