What did you do to get the lights to have the "through the window effect?"

And if you don't mind me asking, how much did you charge for this? (could you PM me if you don't want it too public?) I'm trying to figure out if my prices are too high.

Last thing, is this purely local? or statewide?

For the window shadows on the wall, we used a gobo with gaffers tape on it in the pattern of a window and put one eash in front of 2 fernels. The gaffer that I use is top notch.
