my first dvd help!

HMC150skim

New member
Ok so im burning my first dvd for a client with a video i shot with the HMC150 and edited on Vegas pro 9.0.

Im not sure what the best way to render the video would be so it keeps its quality and you can put it on a dvd that will play smooth.

any specific render you use would be amazing information.
The more specific the better because im such a rookie with this.

THanks

Derek

Depending on the length of the video, keep your maximum bit rate at about 7 mbps for an hour of video including mens.

Also, use Dolby2 or ac3 encoded audio.

You cannot maintain the same quality because DVD encoding significantly compress video. No way around it.

Alot is dependent on how good your encoder is.
