my first 24p project

For me that I shoot only Street Movies... It's a a nice - yet particular - work!
I liked the hand held camera effect and there is something in the story so sweet and tranquil.

mouvalus! I liked how there was no dialogue and just simple piano.

The best shot was when the guy ran after the girl with the birds flying in the background. But what wasn't cool about the shot was the hard jerk in the camera when the homeless dude stepped in.

but over all good stuff.

thanks for the feedback, guys!

And yes, the lack of funds for a tripod certainly does lend itself to the just as good hand held effect.

I also enjoyed it. I was slightly confused about the end. I'll probably watch it a few more times to figure it out. Loved the washed out look. gloomy too.

Oh. Here's the link. That's what I get for not checking the end of the thread.

Neat. Really cool looking- cool score.

and that'll teach my not to update me first post!

thanks. some people have stated their distaste for the score. some people like it!

That was a great piece; beautiful shot composition and editing. Some of the first shots indoors with your talent had relatively weak lighting on the talent themselves, but I still thoroughly enjoyed the film. Thanks!

thanks. That's encouraging to hear.. in the future, when I can afford the time for actual lighting, I will make sure I'll avoid that.

fyi. I shot this in within 24 hours
