My Cape Cod/Block Island Times

Hey

I've had these videos up on vimeo for a while, but haven't yet posted them in any forum.

The first two were shot on my homeland of Cape Cod, was borned and raised here on the water, shot these in Jan-Feb.




This next one was when a few friends and I went over to Block Island, for a weekend away from everything. I brought my camera and Slider.

Dude, those are great moving photographs and color correction!

I've never seen a video like this (nearly all shots are dollies) - and want to know, how the heck did you do them? The movement is amazingly steady and stable, very much not what I am used from our DSLR projects. What is this slider you mention, do you have a picture of it somewhere?

By the way, this island is super perfect for some kind of psychological thriller. Beatiful landscape. You should consider writing a serious short. Especially the staircase shots are breathtaking...

Its a Zaza Slider, go down to the DIY section on the forum, the thread with the most posts in it
