My big chromakey project

Now everyone goes on and on about vids posted here as being the best. Well if this isn't the most pro/coolest video I've seen around these parts.. then at the very least, it's at the very top and a huge achievement. I wouldn't even know where to begin in AE to pull this off. I'd give it a 11 out of 10.

Thanks for sharing and hope we can see more!

Thank you for the kind words.

I think it will be a while before I do another AE project like this...it's simply too much work to do it myself. The first 10 shots or so were funny to composite, but the remaining ones were pretty tiresome, even on a quad G5...

WOW.

Best work I have seem on a message board in months if not longer.

Hope you have a budget on that, as it sure shows you have TALENT

thanks obin. Bands like this usually sell around 5000-10000 albums in Denmark....so naturally the budgets are very tight....this one was about $6.000,- all included....

I think that once the word gets's out that you are doing work like this that will change. All the more reason to get that website up and running :).

Excellent work, IMHO. What was your treadmill setup? Was the treadmill path painted green?

Thanks for explaining your magic.

We used a very old treadmill, with no support bars and an external speed control. I think it is used originally for sport performance tests.
The director painted it green using some green chroma paint that was available to fix up the walls in the studio. He just used a normal paint roller, with the mill turned on.....

Oh....WOW !!!!!!

Anders, it is very very impressive.
There is A LOT of work and finetuning in such a production.

The video is really GREAT !

congrats !

How abouts a download link?

I guess I will just give up and hire you! I mean for $6,000 how could I go wrong!?!? ;)

Really, what are your rates? I have clients, and they would love your work.

Can you work via the internet?

I´m trying to get your video but not been able, in my browser only apears a Qick Time logo with a big question mark on top.

Want to see your work, help?

Sorry, but I unfortunately had to take it down due to legal reasons.....
The band logo was unfortunately too close to the original:

so we might end up painting all the logos out of the shots :crybaby:
