My 2010 Demo Reel

Not sure if you only want comments on here or both or what...

Good pacing...though a lot of the shots seem un-polished, but some of those have more to do with the type of movie i.e. documentary...basically a lack of good lighting. The shots with really good natural light stuck out in my mind. I did love the shots of the line marker machine...(what lens was that with, looked awesome).

If this is what you have to work with, then it's a really great start. If you wanted to cut stuff out, there's definitely room for that. You generally want (in addition to a general reel) differently cut reels depending on the job you're trying to get, IMO. That could give you an excuse to cut stuff down.

Hope that's not too critical, it's a good reel.

Thanks for the comment. I would love to make different reels but I haven't done enough projects for that. Only a handful of my shots had lighting set up, the interview, etc. The lens I was using for the chalk was a canon 50mm 1.8, my cheapest lens. I used that on most of my slider shots because it keeps my canera balanced and easier to slide smoothly. I understand I have room to improve on but this is just a start. Thanx for you comments tho.
