MXF firestore blunder

Hi guys... I need some direction. I shot an interview with the HVX / fs100 combo. I completely messed up and let it record to .mxf instead of QT. This is where it gets really bad:

mistake #1. I didnt double check for my QT settings.
mistake #2. I took the files off the FS100 and wiped it for another shoot later that day.
mistake #3. I did not organize P2
mistake #4. I did not check the file structure to recreate it later.

So, Where do I go from here? here is what I do have. Please chime in and tell me if Im screwed or not

Card-1 folder: =

"CONTENTS" folder ( with a bunch of mxf files in it)
"LASTCLIP.TXT" (document)
"log" folder with ( xml files - "fsconfig.txt" document - log.txt document)
"recovered files"folder with ( 2 exec files in it)

Now when I go to log and transfer in FCS2 this is the warning I get:

"CONTENTS" contains unsupported media or has an invalid directory structure. Please choose a folder whose directory structure matches supported media."

Not sure where to go from here... is there a directory structure I need to copy?

Thanks guys

select the whole folder that both the contents folder and last clip file reside in. FCPs log & Transfer uses the last clips meta data to organize the directory of the mxf files and make them readable.

Thank you so much for the reply however, that hasent worked. I did just figure it out!!!.

I simply too the files as there were found on the fs 100 originally, re-inserted them onto the fs 100, then did an " oranizeP2" and re-imported to raid... and VIOLA!... working clips.
