Hey, thanks everyone for the good words on this. It went to MTV with the label last week for a first screening, and they liked it, but were a little taken aback at how weird it is. We'll see if it gets past the brass in their screening in mid-January.
To answer your questions, I'm using AE 6 Pro, with lots of plugins (half of them used in this were from Trapcode). Didn't use too many Pro features though, so I could have done it on either version. Didn't use any motion tracking in any of it. The clock section just has a lot of masks and position keyframes so they'd slowly move across the screen.
