This is a vid I did for a local Chicago artist
This is my first time editing and shooting a music video.
All hand held

was really really good it's just a shame because it was so good and hardcore/gritty that I wanted it to keep going wanted to see more variety, i.e. street scenes or something else other than the guy just sitting in his living room looking at a window shade etc but for what you have so far it's very well done

This is something I will keep in mind for my next video.

You don't need more locations, just take advantage of where you are and shoot from every angle. You could have easily used about 10+ more angles right where you were.

that's true it's not necessarily about more locations but just more variety period, whether it's more angles or whatever. it just became too painfully obvious that the only real place you're shooting in is his living room and intercutting that with random footage of sneakers or whatever

That's great. Do you have any tips for shooting them?
