I shot this on the 7D and this is also the first video I have shot using only the Zeiss ZF lenses. I absolutely love those lenses and I always favor them but usually end up using some canon lenses. But this one was all Zeiss. Hope you like it, hit me with any questions if you have any.

Interesting, but I found the constant movement and focus issues kept taking me out of it. Seems like a too shallow depth of field kept catching you up - but thanks for sharing. m2c

Your work is exemplary. I love the look of the video. How did you grade the footage? BTW, my only criticism is the "Performance" shoots. Sorry, but that dress the lead singer is in is pretty bad. I live with a costume designer and have become sensitive to that stuff. Her stylist needs a slap. Just sayin'.

Thanks for checking it out. If the focus issues you are talking about are the shots where the singer is sitting in front of the cabin, it's actually purposeful as well as a few shots on the couch. Interesting to know that you found it distracting... mental note taken. Thanks again for commenting, constructive criticism always improves your art!

Hi David, on many of the music videos I make the artists have their own stylists and make up people that they work with and that can often bring "interesting" style choices along with it :-)
I graded the video with Red Giant Software's Colorista II
I absolutely love that software and can't say enough good things about it.
I always appreciate the comments mate.

dont worry i got that the focus "issues" were on purpose. cuz the rest of the video is focused fine...so i dont see how all of a sudden our hand would be slipping all over the place throwing things out of focus :)

Nice look though. a bit 2 saturated for me in the grass field shots.
