music video - The Damn Choir - Noah

I rarely, if ever, post stuff for peer feedback, but my buddy/business partner/editor shot and edited this stop-motion video a couple weeks ago for a Chicago-based band The Damn Choir and we, as well as the band, were really happy with how it turned out. Anyways, take a look and let me know what you think.

Would have looked a lot better if the keying would have been done properly, other than that I like it artistically and is a creative way to approach a Music Video.


I think maybe a couple of more pics though would have made the transitions smoother.

B+ for creativity
C- for technical problems


Overall a solid project, just needed more polish

life4eva, thanks for the response and feedback, I really appreciate it. my colleague had never done any keying or green screen work before so I think it turned out well considering that (the screen was max 4 inches behind the subjects so he had to deal with a lot of shadows around the edges, in addition this prevented a solid back light to really make the objects stand out from the bg). what specific transitions did you feel had too few shots?? thanks again!
