Music Video: 'Take a Leap"

[ryandeean]

This is the music video for Dan Richard's 'Take a Leap'.

The video was shot at Upper Tooting Park on a blustery day and stars Dan Richards and Amy Nostbakken. It was a perfect Autumnal day!

To see more of Dan's music take a look at his Myspace page: myspace.com/danvrichards

The film was shot on a Canon 7D. We used two different lenses, a 15-80mm and a 55-250mm. It was edited in FCP and was colour corrected in Magic Bullet Looks.

Really nice video sir! Simple and expressive.

Thankyou very much!

And I really liked the CC. Hopefully I can make something like this soon.

[Zim]

That was good.

Really pleased you liked it. It is actually a gift to the singer in the video as he is going away travelling for a long time.

The colour correct is from Magic Bullet Looks. It's a tweaked version of Blockbuster. I took away some of the saturation and tweaked the exposure. In my opinion it's the most impactful 'look' in the software. As soon as you put it on you have something that looks overly dramatic (if that's what you want).
