Music video shot with d90 and HVX200

Pretty cool bud. I think the flaming piano dragged on a bit - like it would be cool if you could cut some storyline or something inbetween the footage of the burning piano.. perhaps give a reason it's on fire in the first place. But cool concept - it's unique and looked great.

Really nice, good job! Underwater footage is always cool, so is lighting things on fire. I like the sped up feel as well, nice touch.

I think this was awesome. A lot of times we see interesting or good looking videos on here but the music seems kind of weak. You've got a great looking video and great music. I can totally see this being on MTV or something...

Thanks! The band is my brother and myself.
And Thomas, I totally agree with you on the storyline, I initially wanted to actually show the piano starting up at the the end of the vid, but time was cut short by the rain.

Piano parts were a little redundant, but overall look was awesome. Loved the location !

Side note for you next time or those that might attempt the burning piano scene, you're extremely lucky that one of the piano strings didn't snap or a wood mounting part didn't burn to a crisp releasing a string. One of those strings could have almost cut your hand off clean.

Yeah probably no more burning pianos in the immediate future but thanks. We DID loosen the strings as a precaution...

this is some great stuff! love the editing...how do you get that reverse feel in the whole clip? did he sing backwords? i always wounder how this type of reverse clips are done..thanks

Thanks!

Yeah a lot of it was recorded backwards at half speed so he had to learn the lyrics in reverse. All of it was shot at halfspeed to give it that frenetic feel.

wow, so he did have to sing it backwords, that must have been hard ..again great work, i also liked the music ..
